Bond hearing set for man accused of killing cousin over movies

ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -

The man accused of stabbing his cousin, killing him, will go before a Limestone County judge Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. for a bond hearing.

Kenny Adams is charged with the murder of Yancy Foster. The stabbing happened New Year's Eve at a mobile home park on Chris Way.

Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely says the cousins were arguing over the movies The Fast and the Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious.

Blakely says Foster died after being stabbed with a pocket knife.

Investigators say Adams left the scene after the stabbing. Court documents state he was picked up a short time later near the scene.'

Adams is being held in the Limestone County Jail in Athens.
