HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Madison County judge set a new preliminary hearing date for a Huntsville man accused of child abuse.
Arnold Hines faces charges of child abuse and aggravated child abuse.
Investigators say he physically abused two children.
Hines is expected in court January 16.
