ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -
The man accused of stabbing his cousin will have to wait until Wednesday to find out if he gets bond.
Yancy Foster, 34, was stabbed to death at a trailer park near Blackburn Road and Chris Way just before 3 p.m. after a fight with his cousin over unreturned movies, according to authorities. Limestone County Sheriff Mike Blakely said the cousins were arguing over the movies The Fast and the Furious and 2 Fast 2 Furious.
Blakely said Foster died after being stabbed once with a pocket knife.
Foster's cousin, Kenny Adams, originally left the scene after the stabbing, but later returned. That's when deputies arrested the suspect.
Adams was charged with murder.
Jail officials say Adams has not yet had a bond hearing because of the New Year's holiday
