GUNTERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Judge set an April 15th pre-trial hearing for the suspect accused of killing a Marshall County business man.
Wesley Burgess is charged with the murder of Ricky Moody.
Moody was stabbed to death in 2009 at his Claysville business.
A trial date has not been set. The pre-trial hearing will take place at the Marshall County Courthouse in Guntersville.
