DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
A Morgan County judge denied youthful offender status for one of the three suspects in the Krystal murder case.
Ezekiel Gholston will be tried as an adult.
Gholston, Jordaan Creque, and Cassandra Eldred are all charged with capital murder.
They're accused of killing Krystal employees Jesse Aguilar and Mark Graff during a robbery at the Decatur restaurant in 2011.
Gholston will be arraigned January 30.
All three suspects remain in jail without bond.
