Helen Keller Hospital officials lifted the lockdown put in place earlier this week.
The hospital went into lockdown Sunday night after a patient received a threat.
Visitors had to enter the hospital through the emergency room, and security was posted throughout the hospital.
All employees used their badges to get in to the hospital during the lockdown.
