LIMESTONE COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A crash in Limestone County sent three people to the hospital early Friday morning.
Emergency vehicles blocked the north bound lanes of Interstate 65 as State Troopers investigated the one-car crash.
Witnesses said the car was heading north when it rolled and landed in the median, just south of the Elkmont exit. Five people were in the car.
Kayla Woods, 21, Sonja Brown and Cadin Brown, 8, were transported to the Athens Limestone Emergency Center with unknown injuries. They have since been released.
Investigators are looking for the cause of the crash.
