LINCOLN COUNTY, TN (WAFF) -

A teenager will face charges in connection with the death of another man.

A Lincoln County grand jury indicted 19-year-old Austin Lockard on charges of reckless endangerment and aggravated assault.

He's charged in the death of Bradley Durham.

Durham was found dead along the Ardmore Highway back in August.

Investigators said Lockard didn't stop when Durham fell out of the back of Lockard's truck.
