CROSSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
One man was killed, and two more were injured after a school construction site accident Tuesday morning in DeKalb County.
Police said three men fell about two stories after the scaffolding they were working on at the new elementary school in Crossville collapsed around 7:30 a.m.
Two workers were sent to Huntsville Hospital, and the other was taken to a Birmingham hospital. One of the workers died. There's no word on the condition of the other two men.
