HARTSELLE, AL (WAFF) -
Morgan County Deputies arrested a couple accused of stealing
baby clothes from a Priceville business and hiding them in their pants.
Officials said they stopped a vehicle on Highway 31 in
Hartselle for multiple traffic violations. Deputies searched the car and found
alcohol and marijuana. One of the offender's also had a "strange bulge" in his
pants which led to the discovery of multiple baby clothes.
Investigators determined that the clothes had been stolen
from the Pilot Travel Center.
Dustin King and Adrianna Cook were arrested. King was
charged with possession of marijuana, possession of prohibited liquor and
theft.
