On Friday the 14th we have our second annual Joy of Sharing toy drive. If you didn't take part you still have an opportunity to make a difference. Simply drop off a new, unwrapped toy at a local bank independent location by the 19th. It is that simple. It is easy to get caught up in our own problems, but how many of you watching have kids or grandkids that will get no presents this year? I hope and pray none all of you can say you are in that situation. But the same cannot be said by literally thousands of parents and grandparents across the Tennessee valley. Regardless of your thoughts about the life decisions or circumstances that lead to these peoples kids getting no gifts, we can all agree that children are innocent victims of their parents situation. You can help right this wrong. A simple gift, whatever you can easily afford, will brighten the holidays for kids across our community. Take the time and make a difference.
