The Huntsville man accused of shooting three people in New Hope will appear in court after the first of the year.
Timothy Goldsmith faces murder and attempted murder charges. His bond is set at $195,000.
The shooting happened Friday night at a home on Old Highway 431 in New Hope.
Joel Coleman died on the scene. Two other victims were taken to the hospital.
Goldsmith was arrested after the shooting in the parking lot of a Huntsville apartment complex.
