HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Court documents show the lawsuit filed following the fatal accident at the Huntsville Air Show in 2008 has been settled through mediation.
5-year-old Josiah Miller died when equipment fell on him during a micro-burst at the show.
Josiah's family filed a lawsuit against the Airport Authority and All Needz Rental Company.
An order signed by Madison County Presiding Circuit Judge Karen Hall does not disclose the terms of the settlement. Settlement documents must be submitted to the court within 60 days of the order.
