ATHENS, AL (WAFF) -
The suspect in a gas station robbery was arrested Tuesday morning.
Huntsville Police arrested John Robert Johnson III on a warrant for first degree robbery out of Athens. He was wanted for the Raceway gas station robbery on November 24th in Athens.
He was booked into the Limestone County Jail.
Before his arrest, Johnson's mother pleaded with her son to turn himself in.
