HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

A man was arrested in Huntsville overnight for allegedly raping an underage girl.

Officers responded to the 8000 block of Tea Garden at 1:30 a.m. Sunday on a possible rape. They spoke with the victim who told officers she had been raped.

Paul Knaack was arrested at the scene and charged with second degree sodomy and second degree rape.

The investigation is ongoing.
