MORGAN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A traffic stop in Morgan County led to the arrest of a Huntsville man.
It happened on Highway 36 East and Talucah Road in the Valhermoso Springs area.
A Morgan County deputy stopped a car after noticing the driver driving erratically.
A Morgan County Drug Task Force agent was called to the scene after the deputy found drugs in the vehicle.
Officers confiscated methamphetamine, several prescription medications, and drug paraphernalia.
Jason Lawayne Watwood, 37 of Huntsville, is charged with two counts of felony unlawful possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
He was taken to the Morgan County Jail on a $5600 bond.
