MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
State Troopers have released the name of a man who was struck and killed by a vehicle in Madison County.
It happened just around 10 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Jeff Road and Kelly Spring Road.
Monday morning, Troopers identified the man as 42-year-old Jerry Ray Zatowski, of Harvest. No other information on the victim was immediately available.
Investigators said Zatowski died when he was struck by a 2009 Toyota Corolla driven by 54-year-old Victoria Lequieu, of Ardmore.
Deputies shut down both roads for about two hours Sunday night, and rerouted traffic. State Troopers continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
