MADISON COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A food establishment that scores an 84 or below goes into a county's health department's reinspection schedule. In order to get off of that schedule, they must score at least an 85.
After scoring an 80, Restaurante el Azteca in Huntsville had four reinspections and failed to reach that score. but during their most recent reinspection, the restaurant's staff finally earned their way off of the that schedule, scoring an 86.
A Madison County health inspector reported only one critical violation because Restaurante el Azteca's food manager safety certification was expired.
The Santa Fe Cattle Company in Albertville made it off of the Marshall County Health Department's reinspection schedule, scoring an 86, four points better than their previous inspection.
