HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -

Court documents reveal new information about an alleged assault at a Huntsville alternative school.

Julian Boykin is accused of using excessive force on multiple students at the school. He's charged with assault and torture/willful abuse of a child.

Huntsville Police confirm three cases involving Boykin.

Court documents filed in Madison County District Court state the assault happened at the school on October 11.

Boykin will appear in court December 5.

Huntsville City Schools pays The Pinnacle Schools more than $1.5-million to take some of the district's most trouble students.
