HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police continued searching Wednesday for two men who robbed the Dollar General on Andrew Jackson Way in North Huntsville.
Police said the incident took place just after 9 p.m. Tuesday. Two employees told police that two men armed with guns came in and demanded money.
They were unable to access the safe, so they stole one of the employee's purse and fled.
K-9 units searched the area surrounding the business near the Five Points community, but were unable to locate the offenders.
The employees were not hurt. The investigation is ongoing.
