TUSCALOOSA, AL (WBRC) -
The University of Alabama wants fans to avoid counterfeit tickets for the Iron Bowl.
The athletics office says some tickets sold online or outside Bryant Denny Stadium can be fakes. With the Iron Bowl just four days away, the school wants fans to get what they're paying for.
They say fans can verify their tickets at the Coleman Coliseum office between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or go to gates 3 and 32 at Bryant Denny Stadium.
Tuscaloosa police say it's not unusual to see an increase in counterfeit tickets before big games like Saturday's.
