Your big chance to lose those holiday pounds, and gain some money along the way, is coming up.
The dates for next year's Scale Back Alabama challenge have been released.
It'll kick off on January 17th and wrap up in early April.
Scale Back Alabama is a 10 week contest aimed at reducing obesity in the state.
Last year's campaign drew nearly 30,000 Alabamians who lost about 149,000 pounds combined.
