ALBERTVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The psychological well being of a Marshall County woman is now in question after she was charged with setting fire to her home with her young daughter inside.
On Monday, the woman made a court appearance before a judge.
It's believed the woman may have psychological problems, so the judge ordered her to be mentally evaluated.
Kimberly Ann Rhodes, 49 of Albertville, is currently charged with arson.
Rhodes was charged earlier in 2012 with setting her home on fire with her young daughter still inside.
Fire investigators said she set fire to three different locations of the 2nd Street home back on March 21.
Fire officials were able to put out the fire.
Bond was set at $60,000.
It is unknown when the mental evaluation will be complete or when her next court appearance will be.
