DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
Kelly Jack Mayo could soon be brought to Alabama to face attempted murder charges.
Mayo is accused of shooting two Fred's workers in Rainsville.
He was arrested in Cedartown, Georgia and accused of taking a Fred's worker hostage.
Mayo went before a Polk County judge Tuesday for a bond hearing.
Georgia agreed to drop their hold on his release at the hearing so he could be returned to Alabama to face charges here.
It is unknown when he'll be brought to DeKalb County.
He remains in the Polk County Jail without bond.
