A government contractor from Meridianville is due in federal court in Huntsville Tuesday morning.
Joseph Shane Terry is scheduled to be arraigned after his indictment for a $7-million fraud scheme.
Terry was indicted on charges of wire fraud, making false statements to the Small Business Administration, false statements on loan applications, and money laundering.
