HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The Madison County coroner said Dylan Jones' death is being ruled as accidental.
Dylan was the Lee High School student killed on the railroad tracks near the school on Friday.
He was walking along the tracks at Oakwood Avenue Friday when a train hit and killed him.
Investigators said the conductor used emergency brakes, but couldn't stop the train in time.
Dylan's funeral will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Berryhill Funeral Home in Huntsville.
Huntsville City School officials said students can attend the funeral is they have a note from their parents.
Tuesday is the first day students at Lee High will return to the classroom without their classmate.
School officials said there will be counselors at the school all day to help students who are having a hard time coping with Dylan's death.
