A Lauderdale County health inspector reported two critical violations reported here at the Peking Chinese Restaurant in Florence as they scored an 84.
The inspector reports an employee drink in a food prep area and that cut melon was nine degrees above the maximum temperature required to prevent bacterial growth in cold-holding foods.
A Marshall County health inspector reported three critical violations at the Captain D's in Guntersville as the fast food restaurant scored an 81.
The inspector reported dirty soda nozzles, dirty ice bins, open employee drinks in a cooler and a cracked ice scoop.
