HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Memorial Parkway around 4:30 p.m.
Police said Bridgett Latham ran out into traffic from the parking lot of the Parkway Inn and hit the side of a Chevrolet Impala that was traveling northbound on the Parkway access road.
HEMSI and Huntsville Police responded to the scene. Latham was transported to the hospital with life-threatening-injuries.
Traffic was back to normal about an hour after the wreck.
A pedestrian was hit on North Memorial Parkway.
