ROGERSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
One man was airlifted to the hospital after a shooting in Lauderdale County.
Sheriff's deputies and Rogersville Police responded to County Road 608 around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Investigators said Jerry Gray was shot once in the arm and airlifted to Huntsville Hospital. He faces charges for the altercation leading up to the shooting.
Gray allegedly pulled out his neighbor's feeding tube. The neighbor, Jerry Fuqua, shot Gray, according to officials.
Fuqua is being charged with assault for the shooting.
