NEW HOPE, AL (WAFF) -
One person is dead after a single vehicle wreck on Hobbs Island Road in New Hope.
A white Mercury crashed near Hegia Burrow Road. Crews responded just before 6:45 a.m.
New Hope Fire, New Hope Police, HEMSI, Owens Crossroads Fire, Madison County Rescue Squad, Huntsville Fire and State Troopers responded to the scene.
One person died after a single vehicle accident.
