FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Franklin County man was arrested in
connection to a series of summer burglaries.
24-year-old Charles Poores of Russellville
was arrested Friday on more than a dozen counts of theft and burglary.
Officials said Poores was connected to
burglaries at three churches and five residences in Frankfort and Jonesboro.
Poores was charged with five counts of third
degree burglary, three counts of theft of property first degree, four counts of
theft of property second degree and theft of property third degree.
The investigation is ongoing and deputies
said more arrests are likely.
