HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police arrested 31-year-old Julian Lorenzo Boykin and charged him with torture and willful child abuse of a child not a family member.
Teens from Pinnacle Schools claimed the security guard beat them while they were at school. Pinnacle Schools launched an investigation that eventually led to Boykin's arrest.
The school released the following statement through an attorney:
"The Pinnacle Schools has thoroughly investigated this matter. We interviewed all witnesses that have been made available to us and we strongly believe Mr. Boykin is innocent of the charges made against him."
Boykin was released from the Madison County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
