Police arrested a convicted sex offender after police said she failed to
register her address.
Pamela
Colwell was found to be living in Decatur without registering her address with
police.
Colwell
was registered at a home in Danville.
She
was located at a motel in Decatur on November 1 and transported for questioning.
She was later charged with violating the Alabama sex offender registration and
notification act.
Colwell
was convicted of second degree rape in 2003.
