GADSDEN, AL (WAFF) -
A Gadsden man is in jail after allegedly pushing his
girlfriend out of a moving vehicle.
According to the victim, Rachel Gilmore, Timothy Barton
pushed her out of a moving vehicle during an argument on October 31.
He then stopped the vehicle and forced her back inside. He
drove into the woods in an apparent attempt to hide from police.
Gilmore called 911 and received treatment at the scene for
her injuries.
Barton was located and arrested. He was charged with second
degree domestic violence.
