DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
Nine people have been displaced after an apartment fire in Decatur.
Crews responded to the fire around 11:30 Thursday night at the Sterrs Home Apartments on Sunset Drive.
The fire broke out in a four unit apartment building, displacing the nine residents.
One of the units suffered heavy fire damage and the other three have smoke damage.
No one was injured.
The power has been cut to the building.
Decatur Fire is investigating to determine the cause of the fire.
Nine people were displaced.
