MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Marshall County teenager wants to act as his own attorney when he goes to trial for capital murder.
Immanuel Gage Allen wrote a letter to the judge requesting that change.
Gage is charged with the murder of 11-month-old Gemma LaShae Moore.
Investigators said the baby died from blunt force trauma.
A hearing is scheduled for December 17th to determine if Allen will go forward alone or with the help of an attorney.
