DEKALB COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
An illegal alien pleaded not guilty to murder charges for running over a DeKalb County motorcyclist while intoxicated.
Arnulfo Ramirez entered his plea with the court to murder and dui charges in an arraignment hearing Tuesday.
Troopers said the Crossville man pulled into the path of Brian Green on Highway 68, killing him back in March.
Ramirez is currently being held in the DeKalb County Jail without bond and with an immigration hold.
