More than 6,300 Lincoln County, Tennessee residents have taken advantage of the Volunteer State's early voting option. Those figures come from Lincoln County Elections Administrator Sheila Allen.
Late Wednesday afternoon, Allen told WAFF 48 News that the 6,300 figure represents about 31% of the 20,000 registered voters in the county.
Thursday, November 1st is the final day for early voting. The polls are open at the Election Commission in room 106 of the Ralph Hastings Building at 208 Davidson Street in Fayetteville. Anyone who doesn't cast a ballot by 5pm will have to wait for election day.
