State Troopers responded to a fatal accident in Colbert County Wednesday morning.

The accident happened just before 5 a.m. on Highway 72 at Highway 247 in Tuscumbia between a car and a log truck.

The coroner said that 32-year-old Shelia Warren of Cherokee was killed in the accident.
