HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The University of Alabama in Huntsville announced a change to its 2012-13 hockey schedule on Monday. Due to a conflict with Adrian's schedule, the Chargers will now host Vanderbilt on Saturday, Jan. 5 at 7 p.m. at the Propst Arena at the Von Braun Center in Huntsville.
The originally scheduled contest between UAH and Adrian for Friday, Jan. 4, at 7 p.m. will continue as scheduled.
The game against the Commodores will mark the second time this season that the Chargers will take on a team from the Southeastern Collegiate Hockey Conference. Previously UAH defeated Alabama by scores of 12-1 and 10-0 in the first series of the year.
The Blue and White will return to the VBC on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 for a series against the U.S. Under-18s.
