HARVEST, AL (WAFF) -
Madison County Sheriff's Office arrested two people in connection with Sunday night's fatal shooting, and are searching for a third subject.
Investigators said 20-year-old Corey Murray died after being shot in front of a home at 103 Beaconcrest Circle in the Harvest Place subdivision around 7 p.m. Sunday.
Murray was visiting people who live at the house when he received a phone call and went outside.
The residents told deputies they heard gun shots and went outside to find the victim lying on the ground and a white car speeding away.
Investigators said Murray was shot in the buttocks. He was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigators arrested 19-year-old Elante D. Stewart, of Huntsville, and a juvenile. They were both charged with first degree murder. Their bonds have been set at $75,000 each.
Investigators are also searching for a third subject, a juvenile, for questioning in this case.
