Car crashes into L Rancho Cafe in Arab

ARAB, AL (WAFF) -

Arab Police are looking for a person who crashed a car into the L Rancho Café in Arab.

A neighbor reported seeing the car crash sometime around 2:30 a.m. The car ran through the front of the building and caused significant damage to the right side.

The owner said they got it cleaned and boarded up, and were able to open for business at regular hours.

She said the restaurant is the oldest cafe in Marshall County and a car crash wasn't going to shut them down.

It is unclear how much it will cost to fix the building, but she said an insurance agent would be out sometime this week to assess the damage.
