HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
A Huntsville City judge ruled Friday that Ann Brown did not
commit a criminal act.
Brown, the owner of Ann's Studio of Dance in Huntsville, was
arrested in May for a disorderly conduct charge.
It stemmed from an argument she had with neighboring
businesses over parking.
Brown appeared in court Friday morning to answer for the
charge, and a judge determined she had committed no crime.
