LINCOLN COUNTY, TN (WAFF) -

Investigators are still working to determine who killed six people in Tennessee and Alabama.

One of the victims, 22-year-old Chabreya Campbell, was six months pregnant when she was killed.

Campbell was living at a home in Fayetteville, Tennessee with her one-year-old son, Rashad Rico Ragland when she was killed.

Fetal homicide laws in Tennessee indicate that the unborn baby was also a victim, making the death tally seven.

An amendment to the state's criminal code states, " 'another person' includes a fetus of a human being, regardless of viability of the fetus, when any such term refers to the victim of any act made criminal by this part (…) and when at the time of the criminal act, the victim was pregnant."

Investigators maintain the current number of murder victims at six.

The four other victims in the slayings were Amber McCaulley and Jessica Brown in Lincoln County, Jeffrey Pope in Huntsville and Warren Crutcher in Hazel Green, who was also a person of interest in the case.

Sheriff's deputies said they do not believe the incident was random and people should not be worried for their safety; however, a suspect has not yet been identified.

McCaulley's funeral service will be October 27 at the Hopewell Missionary Baptist Church in New Market. The service will begin at 1 p.m. A memorial fund called "Kynslee's Future" has been set up for McCaulley's surviving child at Redstone Federal Credit Union.
