FRANKLIN COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
A Haleyville couple pleaded
guilty before a Franklin County Grand Jury to numerous sexual abuse charges.
58-year-old Dan Busby faces
rape, sodomy and electronic solicitation of a minor charges.
Investigators said
Busby admitted to having sex with a 10-year-old girl over a two year period.
Busby's wife, 34-year-old
Kristy Busby, admitted she knew what was going on but did not try to stop it.
As part of his plea agreement, he will be sentenced to 15
years in prison and must register as a sex offender.
