HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
The Madison County Health Department held their first ever
free flu shot clinic Saturday.
The clinic offered residents who weren't able to make it out
during the week the opportunity to get the shot.
Health officials said the flu vaccine has been readily
accessible this year.
"We've been doing
clinics around the city and the county trying to make sure everybody gets their
flu shots. We've schedule this one for the community room at the health
department today to try and get in as many people as we can," said Dr. Debra
Williams.
