HUNTSVILLE, AL (WAFF) -
Huntsville Police arrested a man Wednesday morning for allegedly stabbing his girlfriend in the face.
Police responded to a home on Evans Avenue in north Huntsville just before 1 a.m.
Police said 48-year-old Albert Bone pulled out a knife and cut Nancy Collier across the forehead following an argument.
When police arrived, Bone ran, but officers caught him about a block away with the help of K9 units.
HEMSI treated the victim at the scene then took her to Huntsville Hospital. She has since been discharged. Bone was arrested and charged with domestic violence second degree.
