(CNN) - Facebook's political action committee has given more money to Republicans than Democrats, according to a CNN-Money review of federal records.
It showed the corporate PAC gave $140,000 to Republicans and $127,000 to Democrats through the end of last month.
But it turns out Facebook employees heavily favor Democrats.
According to the Center for Responsive Politics, Facebook workers gave Democrats more than double what they donated to Republicans.
Facebook's chief operating officer alone has given more than $30,000 to the Democratic National Committee, and $5,000 to President Obama.
