MARSHALL COUNTY, AL (WAFF) -
There is another delay in a Marshall County murder case.
Wesley Burgess is accused of killing Ricky Moody.
Investigators said Burgess stabbed Moody to death at his Claysville business back in 2009.
This case was supposed to go to trial this month, but it was continued.
A new trial date hasn't been set, but a pre-trial hearing is scheduled for December 18.
