DECATUR, AL (WAFF) -
The people charged in the Krystals murders will be in court Thursday for a motions hearing.
Prosecutors said Jordaan Creque, Ezekiel Gholston and Cassandra Eldred killed Jessie Aguilar and Jeff Graff during a robbery at the Decatur restaurant.
The body of Graff was found laying outside the store's walk-in cooler. Aguilar was found dead inside the cooler. They were both shot multiple times.
Each of the suspects faces three murder counts, one for each victim and another count because it happened during an armed robbery.
Both Creque and Eldred were employed at the fast food restaurant.
If convicted, the suspects face the death penalty or life in prison.
The hearing will begin at 1:30 p.m.
WAFF 48 News will have a crew in the court room and will bring updates as they become available.
